I’m going to be honest, the only thing I knew about Rachel Roy was that she was the (ex)wife of Damon Dash, Jay-Z’s former bff. I knew that she was a fashion designer but I’d never checked out any of her collections. So while catching up on my fashion blog fix, I got word that she is partnering with Macy’s to release a diffusion line in August. Looking at the lookbook images, I’m not too terribly impressed, however, the accessories are amazing. The jewelry ranges from $40 to $195, $79 to $199 for footwear and $69 to $109 for handbags.
I immediately am lusting after those rings! They are so fab! Usually I’m not much of a ring person but lately I’ve been on this ring-buying kick. If you follow me on twitter, you may have seen my new knuckle ring that I purchased from TrendToGo. It’s ‘inspired’ by the Elizabeth & James ring that has been featured all over the blogosphere.
Rachel’s line is set to debut August 1st online and in-stores. Do you see anything you like?
