I know, I know. I’ve been on a posting frenzy this weekend. What can I say, I’ve been inspired. When I come across something interesting, I immediately post about it. That is precisely the case with Levicticus Jewelry. Searching Google, I came across her site and instantly fell in love with her handcrafted jewels. She has some killer statement necklaces that make my heart pitter patter (see below) but there’s also more understated jewelry for the demure crowd. Its all quite affordable and ranges from $20 to $169 which includes everything from necklaces to rings (up to size 9) to bracelelts and cufflinks. I can definitely see myself in some of these pieces.

Tara Levitin, an independent artist and jewelry designer who resides in her native city Houston, TX with her family, hand makes her one of a kind jewelry with antiques and art which give Leviticus it’s distinct and memorable look. The contemporary collection of hand made copper, raw brass, and sterling silver jewelry is inspired by Levitin’s love of oddities, music, and old movies. Tara’s creative mix of metals makes each piece distinctive with a subtle nod to the antique feel she loves. Levitin’s line includes necklaces, bracelets, earrings, brooches, cufflinks and coming soon… rings. Tara continues to spend her time searching for inspiration all over the world.

Some of my favorite pieces…
