While catching up on my fashion blogs over the weekend, I came across the above photo on Zana’s blog and immediately asked who she was on Twitter. No one could ID her so I did a bit of research/googling and come to find out, the fierce girl is none other than Constessa Stuto. I’ve come across her several times on the internet, first from her friendship with Kesh, a super-stylish girl from London who is currently wreaking havoc on these here United States.
I don’t know much about Contessa, but I do know that she is a stylist in the NYC area and serves as the host of some of the hottest parties in the city. I don’t normally spotlight individuals but the reason I wanted to post is because I LOVE her confidence. It just radiates from her photos and you can’t help but be in awe. Most stylists will tell you that if you have a bit of a tummy, to cover it up. Well, Contessa is living proof that you don’t have to abide by the rules. You can emphasize your perceived flaws and still look hot. That’s the type of confidence I love to see. When you’re comfortable in your body, there’s nothing that anyone can say that will change that. So the next time you’re wondering ‘should I tuck it or not?’ think back to this post and maybe try something new.
