For today’s In Our Size post, we have the Herve Leger Sequin Bandage Dress. The first time I spotted this dress, Tiny (formerly of Xscape, currently engaged to T.I.) wore it on the red carpet of the Grammys. My immediate reaction was SO CUTE! I loved that it was entirely made of sequins yet it still looked like you could move in it and better yet, it has shape to it. Most sequin dresses I see are boxy and shapeless. So I added the dress to my mental wishlist and kept it moving.
While perusing the internet one day, I read on a blog that the new spring collection from Monif C was available and noticed this amazing sequin dress that looked similar to the one I saw Tiny wearing. *ding ding* We have a winner! While the original costs $2800, you can get this cute alternative “in our size” for $208 from Monif C.
